Our Company Policies Are Simple
1. The owner must be part of the repair.
We do not repair dents unless the vehicle's owner is aware and involved. You cannot farm the decision out to someone else.
2. No third party dent repairs. Ever.
A third party dent is one the owner does not know about, is not handling personally, or is on a vehicle owned by someone else. That includes rental cars, a parent's car, a grandparent's car, a spouse's car, or any job with two people acting as primary contacts. We have an obligation to protect the owner and the vehicle when repair decisions are made. Paintless dent repair is usually perfect when done right, but the owner deserves to know their asset is being worked on. If it were your car and someone else took a dent to a shop behind your back, you would want the same protection. This applies to every dent, no matter how small: door dings, minor dents, all of it.
3. We can decline any repair.
We reserve the right to decline any dent repair at any time, for any reason.
4. We do not accept ultimatums.
We remove dents at a fraction of body shop cost. We will not be pressured into anything unethical, no matter the demand.
5. We are real people.
Not a faceless corporation. We treat you with respect and we expect the same in return.
6. Everyone is welcome.
We treat every customer, regardless of race, age, orientation, or politics, with the gratitude and respect deserved of any valued human being in Christ Jesus.
7. We protect what is ours.
We are lawfully armed and will stand our ground. We would rather die on our feet than live on our knees.
